Abstract:: From photo back label:Tops in State… Dr. Richard H. Lowe, (left) Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs at Middlesex County College congratulates Russell Watson of Woodbridge, who was chosen as the Outstanding Civil/Construction Engineering Technology Graduate in the State of New Jersey for 1981. He is the first MCC student to receive such an honor. The graduate will be awarded an Associate in Applied Science degree at the College’s commencement ceremony to be held on June 9.
