Abstract:: [Planning to comply with the 1966 Master Plan which envisioned an expansion to the Library with a connecting passage. It was first planned, but not executed in the building of JLC. The "Learning Resources Center" was supposed to bring that plan to fruition, however, before its construction, it became more than a "library" building. Its name was changed to "Instructional Resource Center" with the Library portion just on part of the second floor.]
