Notes

Abstract:
[Raritan Hall was the Administrative building for the Arsenal. There were two notable uses of the building: in 1956 the army tested the Modern Army Supply System (MASS), built as an electronic network (read "internet') linking US arsenals and overseas depots to military bases throughout the US and Europe; After World War II, Raritan Hall held the editorial offices of PS: Preventive Maintenance Monthy, a publication explaining complicated repair procedures using humorous cartoons, drawn by Will Eisner. Photograph taken before 1970s (L'Hommedieu Hall not yet built.)]
